I am a 25 year old college student, working-single mom. Last January I started working at a gym. I had a four month old baby at home and I was determined to get back to what I was before. I've been at the gym for almost a year now. I've seen so much improvement from the beginning. Once I saw what I could do I just couldn't get enough! It has been the hardest to tone up my lower back lower stomach. I can't wait to see what I can do in twelve weeks!
