I'm in my last year at Central Michigan University and I've just been accepted to the Physician Assistant program. I'm majoring in health fitness and have come to love the field. I enjoy helping others with their health. I love to be outdoors - hunting, snowboarding, playing sports, etc. I'm excited to start this challenge and keep myself accountable!
Kasey Kushion Goal
My personal goal is to decrease my body fat percentage and increase muscle tone by incorporating a healthy diet, weight lifting every other day, and cardio most, if not all, days of the week. In 12 weeks, I hope to get myself into a stable routine in order to maintain a lifestyle change.
