Hi, I'm Corie Wellmon, age 25. I am a former competitve Gymnast (12 years) and a former collegiate volleyball Player from North Carolina. I would say I have an athletic build. I am currently living in Murrieta Californa working Nurse by day, acrobatic and tumbling teacher by night!

Since I have been an athlete my entire life, I want to keep my athletic build, but I want to tighten up areas, build, and define muscle. My weight and measurements are not a huge concern to me as, wanting to use this challege to start and continue a lifestyle change!
