College student (freshman) at Bloomsburg University dual majoring in Physics and Mathematics. Air Force ROTC cadet. I used to lift like a bodybuilder focusing on size, but now because I'm going into the military, I want to start to focus on CrossFit. Lack of time only allows me 6 workouts a week. 3 AF PT's focusing on cardio and muscular endurance in the mornings, 3 regular lift sessions around my classes.
