I am a Chief Operating Officer with a chain of clubs in Florida called Get Fitness. Oddly enough you would think I would have all the time in the world to work out, but with an average of 60 hours a week at work, I find it hard to stay on target. I work out 3-4 times a week but am having trouble getting to the next plato in my fitness goals. I believe this challenge would not only get me on the right track, but help promote better effective products to our membership base by way of results. My results.
Steven Hakin Goal
I would like to reach 180 lbs and lean out. I dont have the strucutre to be a body builder but I do have the body build to look lean and big under the right diet and workout program. My goal is to be 180lbs at about 5-6% body fat.
