I'm a 21 year old college student at USF. This past Febuary I was playing semi pro football for the St. Pete Scorpions. At the end of the first game 2 minutes left, I took a helmet to the leg and broke both my tibia and fibula. I spent 1 week in the hospital the week of my 21st birthday and wasn't able to walk for 2 month. Since then I have no motivation to work out and I hope this challenge can help me get back into the gym.
