Ive been lifting for 3 solid years now but about 6 months ago I started taking my nutrition seriously and now two months ago I decided to do my first mens physique show due my successful cut with no muscle loss. I met my coach 8 weeks ago and started contest prep right away. Im 7 weeks out from my first mens physique competition so I decided to do this challenge as a further incentive to work hard and eat clean. And hopefully if I qualify for nationals, get noticed by Team Dymatize.
