Directions
Take 3 tablets 3 times per day
(everyday). Take the first dosage in the morning on an
empty stomach, the second dosage before lunch on an
empty stomach, and the third dosage before dinner on an
empty stomach. It is recommended to take Nitrix on an
empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before each meal.
Taking with food or on a full stomach, ephedra, or high
amounts of glutamine will dimish its
effects.
