Bicreaplex (Magnesium Creatine
Chelate & Micronized Creatine Monohydrate):
Bicreatol contains a precise combination of the two most
effective forms of creatine available. This advanced
formula uses Magnesium Creatine Chelate, which happens

Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix 2
scoops with 12-14 oz of cold water. Drink 1-2 servings
daily. Following each serving comsume a protein and
