Directions

Take 1 to 2 caps 2 to 3 times a day with a meal or protein shake spread evenly throughout the day. Do not exceed 6 caps per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosages. Cycle on for 4 to 8 weeks with 2 to 4 weeks off. Always use a Natural Test Booster after each cycle to restart and Milk Thistle during cycle.
