Directions
Acceptable dosage of this product is between
one and two capsules up to twice daily. Take
each dose on an empty stomach for best results.
Each dose should be taken when consumed with
8 ounces of water. Please separate each dose
with at least six hours. You should not exceed
four capsules in 24 hours.
