For best results take two capsules with a minimum of 8 fluid ounces of water. Take each dosage one hour before each of the three daily meals. You should never exceed six capsules in a 24 hour period. This product contains caffeine. It should not be taken after 6 pm. Otherwise problems with sleep could occur.
