Directions  

Use Adipo-X as a dietary supplement by taking one capsule per serving to test your tolerance levels. Once you have assessed your tolerance you can move to two and then three capsules per serving. Take one serving on an empty stomach up to an hour before breakfast. The second serving should be consumed in the early afternoon, again on an empty stomach.
