Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults take
1 capsule two times daily. Take 1 of your servings
approximately 1 hour before exercise or athletic events.
For maximum results, take 4DIOL-250 for 6 weeks followed
by a 2 week off period, then repeat
cycle.
