Just as there are certified fitness experts and trainers that really have no idea what they are doing, there are people who are not certified with an astounding breadth of knowledge and experience.
I am neither of those two.
My credentials can be seen in how I've changed my body and my life through fitness. But, more importantly, how I use that experience to help and encourage others. Along the way I have picked up knowledge and skills that have helped me drop body fat and pack on muscle in a short amount of time and STILL find balance with a social life.
