Purpose of Exercise: To develop the hamstrings.
Execution:
Lie down on the machine placing heels under the pad. Your legs should be stretched out fully. Keeping flat on the bench, curl your legs up as far as possible, until the leg biceps are fully contracted. Release and lower the weight back to starting position. Hold on to the handles to keep yourself from lifting off of the bench. This should be done in a very strict manner through the fullest range of motion.
