Purpose of Exercise: To build the mass of
the upper pectorals.
Execution:
These flys are done the same as normal flys except you lie
on an incline bench and your head is higher than your hips.
Lie on a bench with the dumbbells held straight overhead,
palms facing each other. Lower the dumbbells out and down
in an arc, keeping the palms facing each other and a slight
bend at the elbows. Lower the weights until the pectorals
are fully stretched. Come back up through that same wide arc
as if giving a big hug. At the top squeeze the pectorals to
ensure contraction.
Insider's Tip: Do not press the weight,
let the pectorals bear the weight and bring them up.
