Purpose of Exercise: To stretch the upper triceps and develop the muscle of the triceps at the elbow.
Execution:
Grasping a dumbbell place the weight behind your neck with elbows pointed up. With a slow controlled movement press the weight upward toward the ceiling squeezing the triceps at the top of the movement. With this exercise make sure to get a complete stretch out of the triceps at the bottom of the movement letting the weight go down below your neck.
