Directions
For best results, use as follows: Loading phase: take 5 grams (5 grams=1 serving), 4 times evenly spaced throughout the day (20grams), for 5 days with 12-16 oz. water or non-acidic juice (e.g. apple or grape). Maintenance phase: take 5 grams once per day with 12-16 oz. water or non-acidic juice.
