Directions
 
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules of 3-AD in the morning and another two (2) capsules eight (8) hours later in the afternoon/evening. To maximize results, consume your first serving during your second meal of the day with 15-20g of fat, and the second serving eight (8) hours later, again with 15-20g of fat to fully maximize absorption. On workout days, take tow (2) capsules of 3-AD sixty minutes prior to working out with a high fat meal. Do NOT exceed six (6) capsules per day.
