Directions
The directions for Primed are simple. On a training
day you should take two scoops with up to 12
fluid ounces of cold water. This should be done
approximately 30 minutes before training. For
best results it should be drank on an empty
stomach. For absolute best results avoid a meal
or any form of protein drink for at least 45
minutes after drinking Primed.
