Directions
Mix one to two servings (1-2 scoops) of Isolate Matrix with 4 to 8 oz of water or drink of your choice. Consume immediately post workout, and upon waking in the morning for ideal protein synthesis. Isolate matrix can also be used between meals to prevent muscle deterioration due to lack of protein.
